About me professionally

I currently work as a web designer & developer for Kittelson. I have a healthy obsession for all things internet, and can be found on either Twitter, Adium, or Facebook.

I make websites that are simple and easy to use, with a healthy empathy for the user. Technically, I prefer to write code in Ruby, but know my way around a few other languages and frameworks.

About me personally

I was born in Wisconsin in 1984, but have lived in Oregon since I was 5. Since then, I’ve lived all over the state, and currently live here in Portland. For those that don’t know, it’s one of the best planned cities in the world.

When I’m not tanning my face and fingers in the comforting, too-bright glow of my 24″ iMac, I’m an avid snowboarder, frequenting Mount Hood Meadows. I’ve been riding for 11 years now and am getting more and more excited about it each year.

I’m also an avid yuppy, enjoying most things listed on Stuff White People Like: I live in a studio, shop at Whole Foods, enjoy only the finest of coffee, drink martinis and IPA’s, ride my bike, and snub my nose at Walmart.
